1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "bdji", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the bdji platform accessible at https://bdji.cc and all associated services, tools, and products offered thereunder.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who registers an account on the bdji platform or otherwise accesses or uses any of its services.
• "Account" — refers to the registered user account held by a Player on the bdji platform, containing their personal information, wallet balance, transaction history, and betting records.
• "Platform" — refers to the bdji website, mobile site, and any associated applications through which the services are delivered.
• "Services" — refers collectively to all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, promotional offers, and support services provided by bdji.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to any promotional credits, free spins value, or matched deposit amounts credited to a Player's account as part of a bdji promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the total amount a Player must wager using Bonus Funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• "BDT" / "৳" — refers to Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh and the sole transaction currency on the bdji platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

2.1   These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and bdji. By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or otherwise using the Platform, you unconditionally accept these terms.

2.2   These terms must be read in conjunction with any additional rules, promotion-specific terms, game-specific rules, and the bdji Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which form part of the overall agreement between you and bdji.

2.3   In the event of a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any promotion-specific or game-specific terms, the more specific document shall prevail in respect of the matter to which it relates.

2.4   bdji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. See Section 14 for our amendment procedure.

3 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the bdji platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. bdji enforces mandatory age verification at registration and prior to the processing of any withdrawal request. Players found to be under 21 will have their accounts immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and any remaining real-money balance returned to the original payment source where possible.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The bdji platform is operated for and marketed to players in Bangladesh. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. bdji makes no representations that the Services are appropriate or legally available in any location outside Bangladesh. Access from restricted jurisdictions is prohibited.

3.3 Registration Requirements

To register an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh. You agree to promptly update your account information should any details change.

3.4 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one active account on bdji. The creation of multiple accounts by the same person — whether using the same or different identities, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be permanently closed and any balances therein may be subject to forfeiture.

4 Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. bdji will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

bdji operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required at any time to submit government-issued photographic identification, proof of residential address, and proof of ownership of payment methods used. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within a reasonable period following a request will have withdrawal access suspended until compliance is achieved.

4.3 Account Suspension and Closure

bdji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provision of false or misleading registration information;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion;
• Repeated abuse of promotional offers;
• Behaviour that is abusive, threatening, or harmful toward bdji staff or other players;
• Failure to comply with KYC requirements within the stipulated period.

4.4 Player-Initiated Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting bdji support at [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method following completion of all applicable KYC checks, provided no withdrawable funds are subject to active wagering requirements.

5 Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bdji accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bdji does not accept cryptocurrency deposits.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may be updated from time to time. Current limits are displayed at the point of deposit within your bdji account dashboard. bdji reserves the right to modify deposit limits at any time without prior notice.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your bdji wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your account balance. bdji is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

5.4 Funds Ownership

All funds deposited on the bdji platform must belong to you personally. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment methods that do not belong to you, is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

6 Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

You may only withdraw funds that constitute your real-money balance and that are not subject to active wagering requirements. Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement are not eligible for withdrawal and will be forfeited if a withdrawal is requested before requirements are satisfied.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

bdji processes withdrawal requests submitted before 6:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST) on the same business day. Requests submitted after 6:00 PM BST will be processed on the next business day. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing times of your chosen payment provider.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction, per day, and per calendar month and are displayed within your account dashboard. bdji reserves the right to process large withdrawal amounts in multiple installments.

6.4 Withdrawal Verification

bdji may request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard fraud prevention and anti-money-laundering measure. Delays caused by incomplete or unsatisfactory documentation are not the liability of bdji.

6.5 Payment Method Matching

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. bdji reserves the right to decline withdrawals to payment methods not previously associated with a deposit on the account.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by bdji are subject to these general bonus terms and any additional promotion-specific terms stated at the point of offer. In the event of a conflict, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms, all Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated for each promotion. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus, after which unused Bonus Funds will expire.

7.3 Eligible Games

Not all games on the bdji platform contribute equally — or at all — toward wagering requirements. Game contribution percentages are published in the promotion terms. Generally, slots contribute at 100%, live casino games contribute at a reduced rate, and certain game categories may be excluded entirely.

7.4 Bonus Abuse

bdji actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same promotion from multiple accounts, placing low-risk bets designed purely to meet wagering requirements, structured withdrawals designed to extract bonus value without genuine play, and coordinated wagering between connected accounts. Where bonus abuse is detected, bdji reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel pending withdrawals, and permanently close the accounts involved.

7.5 Promotional Modifications

bdji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a promotion will have their rights under that promotion honoured subject to these terms, unless the promotion was issued in error or obtained through fraudulent means.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the bdji platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before wagering real money. bdji accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's misunderstanding of game rules.

8.2 Sportsbook Betting

All sports bets placed on bdji are subject to the bdji Sportsbook Rules, which govern matters including but not limited to: bet settlement, void bet conditions, in-play betting restrictions, maximum payout limits per event, and the treatment of postponed or abandoned events. Cricket betting is governed by ICC standard rules unless otherwise stated on the specific event page.

8.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all bets and game rounds. These limits vary by game, market, and event and are displayed within the relevant betting interface. bdji reserves the right to reduce maximum stake limits for individual accounts at its discretion.

8.4 Palpable Errors

In the event of a manifest or palpable error in the odds, game outcome, or payout calculation — whether caused by human error, technical fault, or data feed error — bdji reserves the right to void any affected bets and correct any erroneous payouts. Players who knowingly exploit obvious errors will have their winnings voided and may have their accounts suspended.

8.5 Disconnection Policy

In the event that your internet connection is interrupted during an active game round or live bet, the Platform will record the state of play at the time of disconnection. Game rounds and bets in progress at the time of disconnection will be resolved according to the standard game or sportsbook rules. bdji is not liable for losses arising from connection interruptions caused by factors outside our control.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdji platform. Violation of any item in this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and the pursuit of legal remedies where appropriate:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, financing terrorism, or fraud;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Registering or operating more than one account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in place of a human player;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or betting system for financial gain;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or placing bets designed solely to exploit promotional terms without genuine wagering intent;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of the Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bdji staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Depositing or wagering funds obtained through criminal activity.

10 Intellectual Property

10.1   All content on the bdji platform — including but not limited to the bdji brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, audio, video, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of bdji or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

10.2   You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.

10.3   The names and logos of third-party game providers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. Their presence on the bdji platform does not constitute an endorsement of bdji by those entities, nor does it grant you any rights in those marks.

11 Privacy & Data

11.3   bdji employs industry-standard security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption, firewalled server infrastructure, and access control protocols — to protect your personal and financial data. 12 Limitation of Liability

12.1   The bdji Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdji disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12.2   bdji shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds due to technical failure, data loss, unauthorised account access resulting from player negligence, or interruptions to the availability of the Platform.

12.3   Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit bdji's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12.4   bdji's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Responsible Gaming

13.1   bdji is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming practices. We provide all registered players with access to the following self-management tools via their account dashboard:

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

15.1   These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which bdji operates, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in your country of residence.

15.2   In the event of a dispute between you and bdji, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance. The majority of issues can be resolved quickly and informally through our 24/7 support channels. If a dispute cannot be resolved at support level, it will be escalated to our compliance team for formal review.

15.3   bdji will respond to all formally escalated dispute submissions within ten (10) business days. Our decision, communicated in writing, will set out our findings and any remedial action proposed.
